Overall I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend to anyone looking to break down pallets for other uses. Also if the boards are very wide you have to be more careful to not split them. I tried to find pallets that were a little thicker anyway. Not a big deal to me for what i was using but may be an issue for some projects. The only issue that i have had is if the pallet wood is made of the really thin wood and in those cases the wood will usually either break on the end or the nails pull through. I used a piece of 1" black iron pipe that was 4 feet long for the handle and it was perfect. 60 capacity (66 lengths and custom table tops available. Pneumatic table travels 5 1/4 to allow for easy stringer, block, or deck-board removal. Can someone help whats would be the easiest way to dismantle a pallet I cant afford 90.00 for the tool that yes would work well, ideas are all over.
